POLICE CONFIRM WINEHOUSE WILL NOT FACE CONSPIRACY CHARGES

No further action will be taken." Fielder-Civil, 25, appeared at Snaresbrook crown court in east London today and pleaded not guilty to a charge of conspiracy to pervert the course of justice. He has previously pleaded not guilty to attacking James King, landlord of the Macbeth pub in Hoxton, east London, in June 2006. Fielder-Civil, along with Anthony Kelly, 25, from Chalk Farm, north-west London and Michael Brown, 25, from Holloway, north London, is accused of offering Mr King money to withdraw the allegation of GBH and to leave the country.
