POLICE CONFIRM WINEHOUSE WILL NOT FACE CONSPIRACY CHARGES

contactmusic.com: The Back to Black star was arrested "by appointment" in December and interviewed after her husband Blake Fielder-Civil was accused of the same offence.
However Scotland Yard confirmed on Friday they will be taking no further action against Winehouse.
A spokesman for the 24-year-old singer said: ""Amy was released on police bail and was due to return to the police station, but will now no longer be required.
"Police have confirmed that she is no longer a suspect in the case after interviewing her in December.
"Amy is pleased to be discounted from the investigation and thanks the police for their professionalism in their dealings with her."
A Scotland Yard spokesman confirmed: "A 24-year-old woman arrested by appointment at an east London police station on December 18th will not be required to answer bail following advice from the Crown Prosecution Service. No further action will be taken."
Fielder-Civil, 25, appeared at Snaresbrook crown court in east London today and pleaded not guilty to a charge of conspiracy to pervert the course of justice.
He has previously pleaded not guilty to attacking James King, landlord of the Macbeth pub in Hoxton, east London, in June 2006.
Fielder-Civil, along with Anthony Kelly, 25, from Chalk Farm, north-west London and Michael Brown, 25, from Holloway, north London, is accused of offering Mr King money to withdraw the allegation of GBH and to leave the country.
Amy Winehouse não é mais investigada por caso envolvendo seu marido no Reino Unido
